Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use AngleSure to plan, capture, organize, and deliver real estate photo projects.
Effective July 29, 2026Using AngleSure
AngleSure provides tools for real estate professionals to plan property photo shoots, follow capture guidance, organize project media, and prepare files for delivery. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your password, and all activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, property details, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to capture, upload, process, and share that content.
You give AngleSure the limited rights needed to host, process, organize, and deliver your content as part of the service.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscriptions and photo credits may be purchased through Apple in-app purchases. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the information shown at purchase and applicable Apple terms.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Canceling does not retroactively refund a current billing period unless Apple’s policies provide otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AngleSure to violate laws or the rights of others, upload harmful or unauthorized material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user’s account, or reverse engineer or misuse the app.
Service Availability and Results
We work to keep AngleSure reliable, but the service may change or be unavailable from time to time. Capture guidance is an assistive tool, not a guarantee that every photo will meet a particular MLS, brokerage, seller, or professional standard. You remain responsible for reviewing your photos before delivery.
Intellectual Property
AngleSure, its software, visual design, trademarks, and service materials belong to AngleSure or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AngleSure is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. AngleSure is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to supportteam@anglesure.com.
